Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and labels are intact
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
❗ Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used items, final sale products, or for reasons of personal preference after use (e.g., color/style not matching expectations).
How to Request a Return

- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end (e.g., damaged or wrong item).
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
Want to exchange your item for a different size or color?
We recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll prioritize your case and send a replacement or process a full refund at no extra cost to you.
